Hi, I'm Rupesh — a graduate of The Ohio State University with a lifelong passion for baseball. Growing up, the game taught me that success on the field starts long before the first pitch. It's built in the film room, on the whiteboard, and in the conversations between coaches and players who are hungry to get better.
I built X's & O's because I wanted coaches to have a tool that matched the way they actually think about the game — visually, dynamically, and in real time. No more clipboards, no more static diagrams. Just clear, animated plays that your entire team can see and understand instantly.
